Yes, this seller seems to constantly list and re-list these Heuers on eBay, so that whenever you search for the newest listings, there they are . . . right in your face. Prices are well over prevailing market prices, but it must be working, as he has been using this approach for a long time now. Probably inexpensive advertising, and he must negotiate better prices with those who eventually buy the watches.
