Hi John,

I've come across a few Heuer crowns like this as Stewart pointed out, always this style i may add. To be honest, i'd go with a new replacement crown similair style and size, rather than try to repair it, like your watch guy says it would be almost impossible to keep it straight and strong enough to withstand daily handling/winding, etc.

Great if you can but i suspect a lot harder to repair than you'd think...just my thoughts, macro pics are great but in reality working on something so small is'nt easy.
