It says:
"On Sep-21-12 at 10:35:31 PDT, seller added the following information:
*** THERE SEEMS TO BE A LOT OF DISCUSSION ABOUT THE DIAL ON THIS WATCH. SOME EXPERTS ARE CALLING IT A REDONE OR REFINISHED DIAL AND OTHERS ARE SAYING THAT IT WAS PRODUCED FOR A MARKET OTHER THAN N.AMERICA "
I'd like to see the link where experts are saying it was produced for a market other than N. America.

: Very interesting information. Indeed, it's difficult to imagine
: the business case that would have motivated Heuer to use
: different dials for the Japanese market. Maybe brought to us by
: the same task force or committee that developed the Mappamundo
: for the Italian market? Yeh, right!!
: Simplest explanation: a load of refinished or rejected dials.
