Maurice,
Hopefully, someone will send Mr. Jack Heuer an e-mail and ask if there was ever a special Monaco dial made for the Japanese market. I believe we all know what his answer will be, but I think it would be helpful, unless of course, you choose to keep on believing your client is right.
Regards
: Hi David, I need to give you my input on this matter... I have been
: in buisness now for almost forty years and do not have any
: dissatisfied clients or customers. This watch was given to me by
: a good client who purchased the watch in Japan when it was new
: and gave this to me along with many other watches mostly Omega's
: that we have sold on his behalf, many of them were very
: collectible models and all seemed to be 100% . I have no reason
: to doubt your expertise on this dial matter , on the other hand
: my client is a very honest person.
: There seems to be a lot of interest in watch from buyers who
: understand the watch and it will go for fair market value
: whether they believe it is a redone dial or not
: Regards .. Maurice
