Hi,
this watch is beautiful. But isn't it a ref 110.255? From what I know these were gold plated and should have the reference number written on the case back. Also between the lugs on one side it should have 'gold plaque' written in between them. If this is not the case then yours might be a different model to the 110.255, and similar to the 1158, which was 18kt gold...but an undiscovered model!
