I didn't buy the magazine, I just flicked through it in a newsagents while I was bored. So I'm afraid I didn't read the article, seeing reference to a 1976 Tag Heuer put me off. I assume Watson was at a race when he was interviewed, the editor of the magazine presumably only went to one and just worked with what was there.

I suppose it would be possible to contact him and get some more information.
