congratulation for your new beauty!
I think that if you don't see any trace trough the glass it will
be better leave it as is and change the seal!
But I am not an expert... what they say at TAG?

I bought last week a NOS Heuer Monaco 1133B and Today I was by
: Tag Heuer switzerland and we opened the watch to proof the
: condition of the Dial and yes some seal trace on the Dial ,what
: do you think should I let the Dial like this or should I clean
