In Response To: you got me on the 'C' what does it stands for? ()

'Charbon' which is Charcoal.
I've also seen written somewhere 'Charbon de bois' (i cant recall if it was in a catalog or on this forum) which translates more as 'Charcoal Fire' the way i understand it, although i offer up that I am not a french speaker (wish i had that skill) & i may have missed the point by translating it directly.
