They have some strict common sense guidlines to follow ( like using the fastest sevice offered by Fedex,DHL etc. You must double box everything & there's a few other rules)
But i found them extremely easy to talk with and very helpful in guiding you through the process.
The expense is relatively low also.
All round i highly recommend their service.
