This is a new old stock "no name" case & movement with Heuer on the dial and Heuer engraved on the case back & movement.

If you check your records.............you will find that Heuer (probably) never made a wrist chrono with a case of this style. The name Heuer on the chrono bridge is engraved in caps and way to large. A close inspection of the case back and movement, under a microscope, would reveal that they have been lazer engraved.

The components of this watch were used by many watch houses in the 30s and 40s - but I doubt this watch was ever made by Heuer.

There are several of these watches floating around Munich with the "new old stock" never been worn story. Some are correct - but most have been put together from new old stock components.
