Saddest part of these scenarios is when I receive the e-mail message, or we have a message posted here, to the effect that "I have been unable to find my new watch on your website and am wondering whether it is an especially rare model or perhaps a prototype?" The replies convey some bad news.

The real message is for prospective purchasers to do their research before the purchase, rather then when it's too late.
