...of the 2nd time zone 24h-hour hand on these. Rather, the second timezone is told in 24-hour time in relation to the rotating bezel, just like the older Rolex GMT-Masters. And when the bezel is "zeroed", as in your pic, the watch is telling military as well as civilian time simultaneously, i.e. 10:23:30 PM & 22:23:30.
