Heuer stopwatch identification and repair

I have two Heuer watches which were purchased new in the early 1970's and used for rallying. These are 3-button watches with decimal minutes.
These appear to be 512.413 based on the old catalogs I see on this (great!) site.

The buttons stick on both of the watches and they need to be cleaned.

My questions:
1) Are these watches worth repairing?
2) Looking for recommendations for repair services - no one in my area (Charlotte NC) wants to touch them

Thanks!
