Colin,
No numbers between the lugs, an odd shaped case definitely not heuer, dial seems all wrong (Incabloc? Heuer never put that on the dial), bezel wrong, crown and pushers also look wrong, I think they spelled heuer right... I also saw this watch on ebay but didn't bite.
