Anyone recommend a watchmaker for the Heuer Game Master?

I have a first series model of the Heuer Game Master, recently the minute counter stopped advancing but the sweeping hand still ticks around and the buttons feel like they're sticking a bit.

I would prefer someone in the US, I checked with Craig but he does not work with these. Willing to work with a European watchmaker Abel?...
