Simply stunning Jamie. I have a feeling that these blue tinted hands degrade quite easily and that’s why we see so few with the intensity of yours (being NOS). I acquired a Movado Super Sub Sea recently. The watch dates from around 1960 and only after some time and some high res pictures did I notice that the sub register hands had the blue finish. The look black in all but the most intense and angled light. As a side note, I also noticed that the crystal was signed. I thought it was a scratch at first but upon closer inspection it is the Movado logo. I am still learning to actually look at watches and not just take what is presented at face value. It also helps when you have a suitable pair of glasses and a super macro lens. Example below.
