I have the top left model-ish, but with a black dial, and arabic 3, 6 & 9 markers!!

I still don't know the significance of the 6 pointed 'Star of David' type star.. do you know?

My gold filled case was in a bad way, so I found a steel case from the range to replace it.. here it is in the original case..
