Thanks Mark. I was wondering about those scratches myself. I'll ask the seller (who happens to be a Swiss-trained master watchmaker) about it but he took the watch in on trade and probably knows little about its history. I assume that if I had the movement fully serviced then any issues with it would be found and rectifiable, correct?
