One of our readers has sent me this very interesting page, about Jenny.
http://www.jennywatches.com/50-years.htm
It seems that "Jenny", an independent watch company, produced this chronograph for the "Philip Watch" brand. Interesting to see a 1,000 meter chronograph in the 1970s.
So this one must be one of the rarest Cal 12 models and one of the rarest Caribbean models . . . an interesting one, I would say.

: Here's one that I hadn't seen previously -- a Philip Watch
: Caribbean 2000, powered by the Caliber 12, said to be from the
: 1970s.
: Interesting looking watch . . . waterproof to 1,000 meters. I am
: assuming that this one was not made by Heuer, but rather than
: Philip Watch was merely using the Cal 12 movement (as we have
: seen from Dugena, Kelek and several others).
: Does anyone know anything about the "Philip Watch" brand
: or this unusual version of the "Caribbean"?
