It's the later dial and I've sent some pictures by email. I'm wondering if it has had a service and had the hands and bezel replaced. I'm not sure though if that would explain the dial and early case combo.
: Can you specify whether the dial has the ridged markers
: (earlier) or the inserts in the markers (later) . . . the
: "Bell" reference does not seem to be specific, as
: between the two models?
: 203xxx seems a little early for Viceroy style hands . . . first
: real "batch" of Viceroy style hands came at 222xxx.
: Our serial number database is somewhat thin in the 203 range,
: except that we see several Sifferts. Surprised to hear of a
: "pip" in the bezel, this early . . . but we are often
: surprised.
