Mission accomplished II: Autavia 3646 Tachymeter *PIC*

Finally my special Autavia 3646 got a white and probably correct chrono second hand.

I still would like to see a shorter hand on this dial which should reach the tachymeter track only without obscuring the tachymeter numbers.
