Hey Gang...I am the seller of the piece. The counteroffer sent my way was just one of several this morning. I just got another at an even higher mark. Indeed, I did shoddy research and confused the model for another. And yes, I am kicking myself a little. But I buy and sell very actively on the watch forums and would never back out of a deal once committed. I did offer the quick profit to the buyer, but his deal was never in jeopardy. Indeed, it is now en route to its new owner.

Reputation is everything when selling on the forums. My mistake may have cost me a few bucks, but I made a very fair profit on the piece, kept my rep intact, and the new owner got a great deal on a special piece. It is a win for all concerned. :D
