: Good thought, James. I am lucky enough to have turned my passion
: for the hobby into my full time gig. That said, I am still as
: much watch geek as anyone. Believe me, it stings that I did a
: shoddy job researching the market before listing this watch. But
: from the second I got it, I knew I would be sending out a
: cornerstone for someone's collection. I could not afford to keep
: it for myself, but I was, and still am, glad to have saved this
: one and send her back into the world. I hope the buyer gets
: years of joy from it. Now if it gets flipped next week for twice
: the price, THAT will sting! ;)
: But you are so right. At the end of it, I made a good profit and an
: enthusiast is giddy with watch joy. And along the way, I got to
: handle and wear one heckuva fine, historical timepiece.
Good on you for honouring the deal and if its one of the good guys on here (& there are plenty) then no it won't be flipped for profit next week :)
Best,
James.
