I would do it. When you look on the photo with ur Monaco, u can see no nice patina on the hands. They look like wet moldy and not like old! Also, the hour-hand is damaged and it´s missing a piece of lume! It´s a little bit dangerous, if there broke another little lume-piece, maybe it stops/damaged the caliber(as it happens very often!)!
So, do it! Relume ur hands! There are nice Patina-Lume u can buy!
