Questions about 73463 on eBay *PIC*

There is an Autavia 73463 with black/black dial and orange hands/accents currently listed on eBay. The seller claims it has the Valjoux 7734 movement. The OTD reference guide does not show the black/black with orange as an option; only the silver dial with orange/orange. The seller reports the serial number is 264,495. Is this a legitimate Autavia 73463?
