To be fair it's your call, but that watch hasn't got a lot going for it, all of the hands are wrong, the sub dials looks dirty, the crown is too small, the case is fairly worn and rounded, the bezel as you have said is fairly worn and also the crystal looks a bit odd to me. For that price you should be able to get a much more honest and correct example.
I wouldn't recommend one with so many issues, would be difficult to sell again, and expensive to get all the right bits if you want it original.
