Hi Crew, I have a few of these and its just the watch company name. Yes it has a 7750 like the Heuers from its day . But it is not, made by Heuer. It is not any less a watch. By the way is it Black or S.Steel? and if its black I have found there where some differant ways thay where made. Some where brass like and you can see the where through on the crown. and some other black ones are a white like s steel cases. all Lejour and Itica watch comp.

If you can put a photo the world timer is rather rare. in any case.
