of the luminous material (radium?) on the vintage carrera...i'd dare to say it's condition is equal to or better than the re-issue. at least fewer scratches on the caseback for sure.:) fantastic considering it has 40 or so more years of wear than your reissue. great idea on the comparison, should be interesting to see which gets the nod the val 72 or the lemania 1873??
