Seems from our exchange over in the trader section.. see here: http://www.chronocentric.com/forums/chronotrader/index.cgi?page=1;md=read;id=28107
.. that Anthony is now claiming that he hasn't received my money and has replied to my emails but I "haven't responded".
As you can see, he got my name wrong (calling me Mark - maybe he thinks I'm someone else, who knows) and I have paperwork from my Bank regarding the payment I made, and my gmail address is working perfectly.
I don't mind waiting for a 'good guy' if they are busy, but to make up a story about not receiving my transfer AND 'conveniently' that my email has stopped working just from him is quite alarming.
I know many of you will promote Anthony, I too bought a watch off him last year, and I had a 'healthy' relationship with him, trading the odd email about watches for sale etc, in fact, since I paid him for the watch part he even contacted me about a watch I was selling - so I don't quite know what has happened here, but it seems he doesn't want to solve the issue - how do you deal with someone who refuses to communicate with you, good guy or not?
I have taken advice from my local police, and if I request it, they will be filing a report with Interpol, who will speak to the fraud squad in Switzerland.
