Stewart - I bought a couple of 1163 T inserts from Anthony and they arrived two or three weeks later. If you need one for a watch I'll happily stick it in the post until your one arrives.

I hope this has just been a mix up and Anthony sends you the insert as soon as possible, for you to have to post proof of payment means it's already gone too far.
