I was very intrigued when I saw your post about dial restoration, although I must admit the first things I thought of when I read Bullitt and Martini where Steve McQueen and Porsche’s in Martini race livery.
Anyway, your results look great. I remember the post by Bullitt awhile ago and have thought about trying it as well, but just haven’t been brave enough I guess. Your post has inspired me to give it a go. I’ve got a couple of spare Seiko dials that would be perfect to experiment on with your technique.
