Added to OnTheDash: Some Stopwatches

I am adding a few stopwatches to OnTheDash, starting with this one, which I added last night. There is no comprehensive plan to add all the stopwatches, but I will try to add some of the more interesting ones.

Here is the Reference 322.401 . . . a 1/5 second, split-second stopwatch, with 60 minute capacity . . . likely from the mid-1960s.
