Congratulations on your fine family heirloom.
My advice would be probably similar to most on the forum. Seek out a specialist in your area, or courier to any of several Heuer guys around the world. Get a service which is important if the watch has been sitting for many years, as the oils inside dry out and can damage the fragile moving parts. Then through the ChronoTrader forum you could advertise for parts. The case can be refurbished, and there are bezel replacements. You just have to have patience!
Good luck - Nathan
