I don't usually lose them for years at a time but....

I have done this a few time with both pocket and wrist watches. I just found a very nice and scarce RR watch which had been missing for a while. I had almost convinced myself that I had sold it but there it was in the bottom of a box of parts I must have put it in while talking on the phone or something.

BTW, I love you sort of pre-Carrera or what ever it is. It is an elegant little fellow for sure and in nice original looking shape.
