That'd be right John; the Omega Cal 1045 was a beryllium coated L5100, and had the same centre minute hand, the one I was wearing this week is the 376.0822, which was the only one that Omega used a Cal 1045 in a 'moonwatch' style case.
Here are a few others with the 376.0822 with the chrono just started to splay the hands a little:
