Just under 40 seconds...timed by Heuer

It takes just under 40 seconds to complete a lap around the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Today the fast lap was just over 229mph or 369kph by EJ Viso.

Thanks to my friend and fellow photographer Chris Owens for executing this photo of my wrist to perfection on a cloudy day at the track. We were standing on the lower roof of the Pagoda just across from the yard of bricks or start finish line. The blurred car is going about 235mph or 380kph at this point. What Chris captured is not easy.
