: the end but my vote would be to look out for a replacement dial
: instead. By the time you find one, you may well have come to
: terms with the one in the watch already anyway!

Well funny as I have been looking for a dial I have discovered mine is not so bad after all. The price I have been quoted I could buy another watch practically !
