Yes, I'm furious.. I loved this little clock, it's my only dash timer, and I've been looking forward to getting it repaired/restored for a while.
I did take some close up photos of it prior to sending it off, and have emails where I asked specifically not to touch the dial.

I'm livid.. I've had no response so far.

As a possible 'make-do'.. does anyone (Jeff?) know is other v5 Heuer dials will fit this case, like the Super Autavia dial etc??
