I had seen these legendary Spirotechnique divers (apparently never seen in a Heuer catalog and only available at specialist dive stores) and admired them - especially on Stewart's blog with his great pics - and had hankered after one for a while. I had owned the very similar deep dive 1000 which has the same case, but being quartz I never fell in love with it and moved it on. My watchmaker's words were on receiving this "sell any of the others but NEVER sell this watch!'. He was very impressed as I am. There's just something about it...have a great weekend everyone!
