If you don't mind the land of the rising sun, I know Seiko made a few of there 6138 and 6139 auto chrono movements with yellow dials in various cases. I have had a couple (not yellow) and they are good watches. I think the biggest problem is finding one in good, original condition.
Now if you can skew a little bit from the yellow and find a one of the Seiko bullheads (brown or blue dial) on the correct fishbone bracelet you won't regret it. I will never sell the nice original brown dialed one that I found. It just has a great wrist presence.
I’m sure Citizen also made some yellow dialed chronos, but I’ve never owned one so I can’t comment.
