Yes, these Autavia with tachy dial are very rare and never published on catalogues,
but now it seems that they are coming to light!

This is the 3-register 2446 execution, it has been found at Munched WTA from a friend of mine,
and it has been for some time on my wrist (unfortinately he won't sell to me):
