Just a quick note to acknowledge that the image of the Carrera 2447 NT that I have been plastering all around the internet is the property of Hodinkee. In my excitement about finding this Carrera, I used the images without acknowledging the Hodinkee ownership / copyright, and I apologize for this error.
The folks at Hodinkee create more information and images about great watches than anyone else on the internet and they are huge Heuer enthusiasts, to boot. We should never take this for granted or treat their content or images as being in the public domain.
So hats off to Hodinkee!! We couldn’t have done it without you – identifying this Carrera and making all the noise about it!!
