Re Lot 91: Is It the 1158 CH (First Version)?

Before we jump to the conclusion that this one is over-priced, let's all agree on what it is.

Is this the first version of the 1158 CH, which we have not yet seen (or perhaps we have seen it, but it's not in my files)? The 174289 is a very low serial number . . . one of the two or three lowest that we have seen. Then these is the 3-6-9-12 on the hour recorder. Catalog shows this one with the earlier hands, but we all know about those catalogs.

Any other views about this watch?
