I thought I would post a photo of a sort of obscure Valjoux 7740 movement while I had the Breitling 7806 which it powers open. This manual wind Valjoux movement is obviously related to the Heuer Cal 11/12 as far as the Chronograph mechanism is concerned. The time/power part of the movement is obviously different without the mico-rotor and with running seconds, a second register and the date in a different place. Anyway, I don't see these movements too often so I though I would post a picture. I have also posted the only Cal 12 photo I have handy for a comparison (Elgin Private Label).
