Hello Shaun, yes I have noticed that too myself. It looks like the monochrome dial was first put in the 11630 case and the "official" debut (as it were, i.e. in a catalogue) of the larger 11063V case was with the Viceroy-type dial, what then came to be known as 11063VNT.
Of course the confusion is augmented by the fact that 11063 was never an official code for Heuer, they simply kept on using the 11630 reference even when the newer case type was the only used one. Pretty much the same lack of clarity as for the 510.50X, where there is no way by the reference code to know whether its the day-date or the date-only version.
And making the confusion even worse, the 11063V-cased model of the catalogue is labelled in the descriptionas "1163 VNT" (sic!), so actually going back almost a decade!
Cheers
Fabrizio
