Autavia Black boy *PIC*

I spoke to the seller regarding my Autavia, apparently it had been sent to Heuer for servicing and this is how it came back. If this is true, it seems strange they would make such extreme alterations. I have read they did change parts according to what they had available. To alter a watch from its original spec, thus affecting its value ? The case is 1163, bezel ? Movement is Cal 12. I have been offered an original dial/hands or the correct case, not sure witch way to, or should I just leave it as is ? The watch is in very good condition except the band seems to be a mix as well and has stretched, witch I hope to have fixed.
