In my opinion it's absolutely fake. I have seen those without the Heuer shield before. I could have picked one up at my local flea market for as low as $10 a few months ago.
It's very easy to tell the Heuer shield was printed at a later, much later date.

It's rather funny how most eBay sellers want you to believe every Baylor they are trying to sell is Heuer Made, calling it a "Poor Man's Heuer". Annoying as well.
