I may step on your toes here, but I hope not. If your sister is the only other child of your father, you could give her one of the sentimental Heuers.
Ouch! That's got to sting.
But, you can buy another one for yourself instead of for her.
Hopefully, you have more than one sibling and my idea is moot.

My wife has a tiny 6" wrist and she sports my Breitling Top Time as a casual watch. It's 38mm, which is the part that matters. It has that fashionably large look but it's not large enough to look TOO chunky. The Autavia looks a little chunky on her (sorry, no pic).
