The catalogue text doesn't reveal much, just the specification.... here it is:
"Ref. 734.018

Funzioni orologio: ore, minuti, secondi permanenti su quadrante separato.
Funzioni cronografo: secondi al centro con graduazione 1/5 secondo, contatore 30 minuti su quadrante separato. Fasi lunari perpetue. Data. Tachimetro."
Which translates as..
"Ref 734.018

Watch Functions: hours, minutes, seconds dial on separate permanent.
Chronograph functions: center seconds with graduation 1/5 second, 30-minute counter on a separate dial. Perpetual moon phases. Data. Speedometer (Tachymeter).
My apologies to Warren, I was confusing the Golden Hours with the 125th Anniversary collection (box & dial layout/signed movements) that also had 18ct gold pocket watches.. see them here: http://www.onthedash.com/Guide/_Catalogs/1985_Anniversary_Collection/
Jarl, would love to know what you think about the case.. I'm excited for Warren!!
