So, given that I was totally wrong, and the dial layout is identical to the Heuer in the catalogue, but that the case is different, with no lid.. I can only presume that your model is a slightly cheaper (no offense) version of the model in the catalogue. It was common for Heuer to have 18ct gold versions and then more affordable plated versions. They did this with the wristwatches in certain lines.

I've swung around my opinion, and believe this is the case with your pocket watch.
